Personal data is only collected if you provide it to us on your own initiative, e.g. within the framework of a registration by filling out a form or by sending e-mails, within the framework of ordering products or services, enquiries or requests for material, within the framework of the initiation phase of or during business relationships and in contractual relationships.

Individuals can revoke their permission for the processing of personal data at any time. This revocation applies only to the future and not to the past, so that processing that took place before the revocation is not affected.

Requests are processed in accordance with legal requirements. A deletion cannot take place if we are legally obliged to store the personal data.
